Meditation
Before or after classes, when available, you are welcome to meditate in our new Quiet Room.
Join us on Wednesdays at 8am, in studio or online, for a FREE guided meditation practice in community. If you would like to join online, you must register on our schedule.
This guided meditation starts with a few stretches (5 min), a poem or reading (5min) and then guided meditation with periods of silence for approx. 15-20 minutes.
